Bradfield-Leary Center Apartments

The Bradfield-Leary Center Apartments provide supportive housing to our consumers who participate in the CARE or IMPACT Programs.  We offer efficiency units on the 2nd floor with a community kitchen and 1 bedroom apartments on the 3rd floor.  Laundry facilities are provided on both floors.  To complete an application or inquire about the benefits of the Bradfield-Leary Center Apartments, please click on the links below.
