Community Counseling Services

CARE Program

Community Counseling Services' CARE program is offered to certain clients who may require substantially more services to restore the client to a meaningful, useful and satisfying life. This is an intensive treatment program that consists of case management and continued care, medication management, crisis intervention, among many other services. Our goal is to manage resources necessary to allow the client to be successful in the community, while reducing the need for psychiatric hospitalization.
