IMPACT

The IMPACT program assists consumers that have severe and persistent mental illness to live successfully in the community and reduce the need for repeated or prolonged psychiatric hospitalizations.

It is a self-contained program that provides treatment, rehabilitation and support to individuals who require the most intensive services.

It serves consumers who have not previously been able to stay in community settings and have had frequent hospitalizations
