IMPACT Program

Services Offered

The Individualized and Mobile Program of Assertive Community Treatment is designed to help clients with severe and persistent mental illness to reduce their need for repeated or prolonged psychiatric hospitalizations and live successfully in the community.

  • Case management and continued care
  • Medication management with psychiatrist
  • Crisis intervention assistance
  • Psychiatric Rehabilitation (Seeks to provide program services that assist clients in developing skills and manage resources needed to allow them to be successful in the community.  A client centered, client directed form of treatment, the program consists of services designed to restore the disabled person to a level of functioning which permits a useful, meaningful life.)
