- Holidays – The agency observes 11 paid holidays as detailed in the employee handbook.
- Annual Leave & Sick Leave – Accrued monthly based on the following schedule:

- Health Insurance – 100% of Employees Premium is paid by CCS. Currently we have Avera Health Plan. You can add your family at your own expense at the following rates as of 7-1-22:
- Adding spouse – $532.54 per month
- Adding children – $401.46 per month
- Adding family – $998.20 per month
- Life Insurance – CCS provides a $15,000 life insurance per full time employee. CCS pays 100% of the premium. This is through Companion Life.

CCS offers a matching 401k plan. CCS will match up to 4% of employee salary annually. This is through Fringe Benefits Design.
