Employee Benefit Package – Brief Synopsis

 

  • Holidays – The agency observes 10 paid holidays as detailed in the employee handbook.
  • Annual Leave & Sick Leave – Accrued monthly based on the following schedule:

*Leave is pro-rated for part-time employees.

  • Health Insurance – 100% of Employees Premium is paid by CCS. Currently we have Dakotacare Health Coverage. You can add your family at your own expense at the following rates as of 7-1-17:
    • Adding spouse – $537.75 per month
    • Adding children – $405.41 per month
    • Adding family – $1008.02 per month
  • Life Insurance – CCS provides a $15,000 life insurance per full time employee. CCS pays 100% of the premium. This is through Companion Life.

CCS offers a matching 401k plan.  CCS will match up to 4% of employee salary annually.  This is through Fringe Benefits Design.
