The following information is available  for consideration for individuals who may be a danger to themselves or others.  This process could lead to safety planning and/or an evaluation for an involuntary mental health commitment.  If you need to consult on the process please contact the mental health board chair for your county, state’s attorney or Community Counseling Services, during regular business hours (M-Th – 8am to 6 pm and Friday – 8am to 4 pm, closed for federal/state holidays).  If you need after hours assistance, please dial 911.
