Mental Health
Community Counseling Services – MH Counselors and Case Managers are here to help guide and assist you on your recovery journey. An Integrated Assessment is used to help determine the appropriate level of care for each and every individual. Our treatment approaches are approved Evidenced Based Practices (EBP) that provide powerful and effective problem-solving approaches in the following areas:
Child or Youth and Family (CYF):
CYF services are mental health services for children with Serious Emotional Disturbances (SED). These outpatient services are intensive and comprehensive, child-centered, family-focused, community-based services for children ages 5-18. These services support and address needs in each life domain (emotional/behavioral, social, safety, housing, educational, health and basic needs) for each unique child. The parents, families and surrogate families of children receiving these services will be full participants in all aspects of the evaluation, planning, and delivery of services, which shall be integrated with all involved child-serving agencies and programs. The goal of these services is to ensure that children are able to live with their families and in their home community, whenever possible.
