Anger Management
The purpose of anger management is to help people recognize and handle anger in a healthy way. It’s not about getting rid of anger — it’s a normal emotion — but about learning how to manage it so it doesn’t cause harm or hurt relationships. It focuses on understanding what triggers anger, finding better ways to cope, and responding to situations with more control and respect.

Proof of Action:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is one of the most effective approaches used in anger management. It helps individuals understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected — and how changing negative thinking patterns can lead to healthier emotional and behavioral responses.

Proof of Action:
Cognitive Behavioral Group model helps individuals understand how thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected—especially in social situations. Sometimes, thoughts like “People don’t like me” or “I’m going to mess this up” can make it harder to talk to others or feel comfortable. CBT helps you notice those thoughts and learn how to replace them with more helpful ones.
