Building Balance
Building Balance-the purpose of this group is to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals with borderline personality disorder to imrpove mindfulness, distress tolerance and emotional regulation. I was inspired to do this group by a client who speficially asked for a group focused towards those who struggle with symptoms of borderline personality disorder.

Proof of Action:
This group will utilize a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) framework to support individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder by focusing on skill development in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness within a structured group setting, utilizing the borderline personality workbook as framework curriculum.
