Shelly Rotert began working for Community Counseling Services in 1991 as part of the Business Office. Through the years, as CCS has grown, Shelly gradually took on more tasks and has evolved in her position to Billing Manager. She is able to keep the agency flowing and support the staff through the billing process. Shelly aids the Huron and surrounding communities by answering billing questions as well as finding billing solutions for CCS clients.
